A Journey Planning Tool for Stress‑Free Adventures & Effortless Itineraries
£6.99 / One Off Payment
I know planning a trip can get chaotic. Tabs everywhere, random notes, lost booking details and endless emails… It’s an absolute mess, especially for those trips that need a little extra planning.
Sure, it all comes together eventually, but once I started using spreadsheets to organise the details, planning became so much easier—and even fun! That’s why I built the all-in-one digital planner!
And because you’ve found your way here, you can grab it today for 20% off.
Is This You?
You’ve got a head full of trip ideas and maybe a notebook (or 27 random notes on your phone) to show for it.
You’re not new to travel. You’ve booked flights, scrolled Skyscanner for hours, maybe even built a rough plan in another app…
But what you haven’t found yet?
A way to keep it all in one place without feeling like you’re wrestling with a million things to do!
ⓧ What you don’t want is another clunky app you never open.
ⓧ Nor a plain spreadsheet that still leaves you hunting for details in your inbox.
Just something that works.
You don’t need more stress. You need something that helps you feel on top of it all.
👌 Like:
→ Where to put every idea, every thought and eventually every booking, so you can actually find it.
→ A budget tab that makes it clear what you plan to spend (without the scary surprises).
→ A simple plan for each day so you can actually enjoy the trip instead of stressing.
Whatever your starting point, the end point is the same:
This isn’t about making planning harder
It’s about finally having a tool that’s simple, flexible, and actually helps you travel better.
What’s Inside The Digital Travel Planner Pro?

✓⃝ Trip Dashboard
Keep all your trip details clear and tidy on the dashboard.
I’ve designed it so all the essential information can be viewed in one place for quick reference.
Add your destination, trip dates, number of travellers, plus a nifty currency converter tool, and as you populate your planner, the dashboard will automatically update with essential information.
✓⃝ Travel Expenses
Stay on top of your budget and avoid nasty surprises.
This is my favourite feature on the travel planner
Add your planned budget and track actual spending as you go. The built‑in graphs and tables show where your money’s going at a glance, helping you adjust plans and keep costs under control without stress.

✓⃝ Booking Tracker
Keep track of every booking without digging through your emails.
This is an extremely useful tab in the digital travel planner. Log flights, accommodation, tours, transport and more in one clear table.
Add confirmation numbers, links, and notes so you’ve always got the details ready when you need them.
As you update, everything stays organised and easy to find.

✓⃝. Itinerary Planner
Plan out each day without overloading yourself.
Map out activities, meal stops, and travel times in a simple day‑by‑day layout.
You can move things around easily, see gaps, and make sure you’re not cramming too much in. It keeps your trip flowing smoothly.

✓⃝. Checklist & Packing List
Stay organised before you even leave home and pack smarter.
Use the checklist to note down everything you need to arrange before your trip – from visas and insurance to pet sitters and key travel admin.
The packing list tab helps you plan what to bring. It’s split into sections so you don’t forget essentials like chargers or travel documents.
💛 Why You’ll Love It
You Might Be…
🌍 A traveller who loves exploring but hates messy planning
🛫 Someone planning a big adventure with lots of moving parts
📌 A road‑tripper who needs to track stops, stays and costs
🧳 Or just someone tired of cobbling together scraps of info and hoping you don’t forget something.
What You Need:
✓⃝. One that works on your laptop, tablet or phone.
✓⃝. One that’s colour‑coded, with graphs, tables, and clear instructions.
✓⃝. One you can reuse for every trip.
Why I Love It!
At first, I used simple spreadsheets, but I never had everything in one place. It always felt scattered, and I was constantly jumping between notes, emails, and apps.
That’s why I created the travel planner pro: to pull it all together so you can plan efficiently and stay organised from start to finish.
It’s a mix of the exact tools I use for my own adventures. I love it because it’s simple to use, colour‑coded, and packed with features that make planning easier (and far less stressful).
Honestly, it’s frickin’ fantastic—I’m using it right now to plan parts of my trip to Bali.
My favourite feature? The travel expenses tab. I can finally see exactly what I’m going to need, which means fewer surprises and way more confidence before I go.
